Solid Waste Implementation Plan 2015-2020
Every solid waste entity (district, group, alliance, independent town) in the state of Vermont is required to have a Solid Waste Implementation Plan (SWIP) which is updated every five years to reflect new priorities, guidance, and changing markets.
